Data Analytics Associate — RISE RISE (riseglobaleducation.com) pairs ambitious students with 500+ mentors from Ivy League, Oxford, and Cambridge to help them build standout research profiles and university applications. The Opportunity: As RISE scales, we need someone to help make sense of the numbers behind the business — student engagement, program performance, growth metrics. You'll turn raw data into insights the founders can actually act on, working closely with them day to day. Location: Remote | Type: Full-time | Compensation: Competitive to Market Standards What you'll work on: • Pull and clean data from internal tools to keep it analysis-ready • Build simple dashboards and recurring reports tracking key metrics • Spot trends and patterns that inform decisions across teams • Partner with ops, growth, and product on ad-hoc data requestsWhat we're looking for: • Comfortable working in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or basic Python is a plus, not required • A genuinely analytical mindset - you like digging into numbers until they make sense • Careful, detail-oriented approach when handling large datasets • Ability to explain what the data means in plain language, not just chartsWhat you get • Competitive pay, flexible hours • Direct access and mentorship from the founders • Real exposure to how data shapes decisions at an early-stage startup
