Role Description The Visual Designer role at Gencosys is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow (Indira Nagar). In this role, the designer will create and refine visual assets for digital and print platforms, including marketing materials, user interfaces, and brand collateral. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, producing graphics and layouts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency, and adapting designs for various formats and devices. The Visual Designer will also participate in feedback and review cycles, ensure adherence to design guidelines, and contribute to improving the overall visual identity of Gencosys and its clients. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong skills in Visual Design and Graphic Design, with an ability to translate concepts into clear, engaging visual solutions. • Candidates should possess skills in Branding and Graphics to create cohesive brand identities and high-quality visual assets for diverse platforms. • Candidates should possess skills in Web Design to design user-friendly, responsive layouts and visual elements for websites and web applications. • Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar) and familiarity with design systems and style guides. • Strong attention to detail, an understanding of typography, color theory, and layout, and the ability to work within deadlines in a collaborative environment. • Relevant education in Design, Fine Arts, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in visual or graphic design. • A portfolio demonstrating previous design work across digital and print media, showcasing creativity, versatility, and problem-solving.
