Role Description The AI Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This role involves conceptualizing, drafting, and refining digital content for websites, social media, and marketing campaigns using AI tools and platforms. The AI Content Creator will generate product descriptions, fashion stories, style guides, and promotional copy aligned with brand voice and current trends. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and design teams, analyzing content performance, and iterating based on data and feedback. The role also involves managing content calendars, ensuring consistency across channels, and staying updated on AI-driven content creation best practices. Qualifications • Ability to use AI content creation tools and platforms to generate and refine digital copy. • Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to grammar, tone, and brand consistency. • Understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media, SEO basics, and e-commerce content needs. • Comfort with data analysis and performance metrics to optimize content effectiveness. • Interest in fashion, retail trends, and consumer behavior, with the ability to translate insights into compelling content. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams on-site. • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
