Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Content Creator will ideate, plan, and produce engaging content for digital channels, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns, aligned with brand and creator objectives. Daily responsibilities include researching trends in creator commerce, scripting and storyboarding content, creating visual and written assets, and collaborating with design, marketing, and creator success teams. The role also involves optimizing content for reach and engagement, tracking performance metrics, and iterating on content strategies based on data and audience feedback. The Content Creator will participate in content calendars, contribute to campaign concepts, and maintain consistent brand voice across all touchpoints. Qualifications • Strong content ideation and creation skills across formats (short-form video, graphics, copywriting, and storytelling) relevant to digital creators and brands. • Experience with social media platforms and tools (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, Reels/Shorts, basic analytics dashboards) to optimize content performance. • Proficiency with common content production tools (e.g., basic photo/video editing software, presentation tools, or design platforms such as Canva or similar). • Ability to research audience trends, creator economy developments, and competitor activity to inform content themes and campaigns. • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and consistency in tone and messaging. • Capability to work on-site in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. • Prior experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing for creator-led or consumer brands is an advantage. • Relevant academic background in communications, media, marketing, design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; a strong portfolio can substitute.
