Role Description The Content Creator Specialist will develop and produce engaging multimedia content that showcases IFES initiatives, events, and partnerships. This full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi involves planning and executing content campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, websites, and streaming channels. Daily responsibilities include scripting, filming or coordinating video shoots, creating graphics, editing content, and optimizing assets for audience engagement and brand consistency. The specialist will collaborate with marketing, esports operations, and technology teams to ensure content reflects strategic objectives and resonates with global and regional audiences. Qualifications • Strong skills in content ideation, storytelling, and scriptwriting for digital and social media platforms. • Proficiency in video production and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar) and basic graphic design. • Experience managing social media channels, community engagement, and digital campaigns within gaming, esports, or entertainment. • Ability to conduct research on esports trends, audience preferences, and competitor content to inform creative strategies. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and brand voice consistency. • Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meeting deadlines for live events and content drops. • Understanding of esports ecosystems, streaming platforms (e.g., Twitch, YouTube), and gaming culture is highly beneficial. • Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Communications, Digital Marketing, Film, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
