This role is ideal for someone with exceptional English language skills and a sharp editorial eye who enjoys refining content to ensure it is clear, grammatically accurate, consistent, and aligned with our brand voice. As a Content Quality Intern, you will work closely with writers, marketers, and designers to review content across multiple formats, ensuring every piece meets the highest standards of quality before publication. Key Responsibilities Content Review & Quality Assurance • Proofread and edit content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, and readability. • Ensure all content adheres to the company's editorial guidelines and style guide. • Review articles, website copy, email campaigns, social media content, product descriptions, and marketing assets for accuracy and consistency. • Identify and correct inconsistencies in tone, formatting, terminology, and messaging. • Verify facts, references, hyperlinks, and content accuracy before publication.Editorial Support • Collaborate with content writers and editors to improve clarity, flow, and overall quality. • Suggest improvements to sentence structure, vocabulary, and readability without altering the intended message. • Maintain consistency in brand voice across all content formats. • Assist in developing and updating editorial checklists and content quality standards.Content Operations • Conduct final quality checks before content goes live. • Track edits, revisions, and feedback efficiently. • Help organize and maintain content documentation and editorial resources. • Support the content team with ad hoc editorial and publishing tasks.Who We Are Looking For • BA (Hons.) in English (Final Year or Recent Graduate preferred). • Exceptional command of written English with excellent grammar, punctuation, and vocabulary. • A keen eye for detail and the ability to spot even minor language or formatting errors. • Strong proofreading and editing skills. • Familiarity with different writing styles and editorial best practices. • Ability to work independently while managing multiple assignments and meeting deadlines. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Basic knowledge of Google Docs, Microsoft Office, or similar content management tools is preferred. • Interest in wellness, beauty, or digital content is a plus.What You Will Gain • Hands-on experience in professional content editing and editorial quality assurance. • Exposure to content creation workflows for global digital brands. • Mentorship from experienced content strategists and editors. • Practical experience working with AI-assisted and human-generated content. • Certificate of completion and a Letter of Recommendation upon successful completion of the internship. • Opportunity to build a strong portfolio in content quality, editing, and publishing.Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is, in the best sense, a grammar enthusiast—someone who instinctively catches misplaced commas, awkward phrasing, inconsistent capitalization, and factual inaccuracies.
