🚀 Internship Opportunity: Content Strategy Intern (Delhi NCR) Location: Noida (On-Site) We're looking for a Content Strategy Intern who is genuinely obsessed with content not someone looking for "just another internship." If you spend your time analyzing viral reels, studying creators, thinking of content ideas, and wondering why one video gets millions of views while another doesn't, you'll fit right in. This internship is for someone who wants to become a Content Strategist or Social Media Strategist and is eager to learn by working directly on founder and brand accounts. • What You'll Do: • Research trending and high-potential content ideas • Brainstorm viral hooks and retention-driven concepts • Assist in writing scripts for Instagram Reels & YouTube • Help plan and execute content shoots • Coordinate with editors to ensure engaging final videos • Analyze content performance and suggest improvements • Learn end-to-end content strategy for personal brands • We're Looking For Someone Who: • Loves content creation and social media • Understands what makes a reel go viral • Can think creatively and generate fresh ideas • Has a strong interest in storytelling, psychology, and audience attention • Is active on Instagram and YouTube and follows top creators • Is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow quickly • Has basic knowledge of content writing, hooks, or scripting (you don't need to be an expert, but you shouldn't be starting from zero) • Bonus If You: • Have created your own content page • Have written scripts or content before • Understand retention, watch time, and audience psychology • Have experience with Canva, Notion, or basic video editing • What You'll Get: • Learn directly from experienced content strategists • Work on real founder and personal brand accounts • Build a portfolio with high-impact content • Hands-on exposure to content strategy, scripting, shoot planning, and social media growth • Fast learning environment with real responsibility 📍 Location: Noida (Delhi NCR) – On-Site 💰 Stipend: Based on skills and experience If you're passionate about content and want to build a career in content strategy, we'd love to hear from you. 📩 Send your portfolio, social media profiles, or any sample work to: contact@growthflix.in or DM us directly.
