Role Description The Content Writer Specialist internship at Amendss is an on-site role based in Gurugram. The intern will create clear, empathetic, and engaging content for digital platforms, including blogs, social media posts, website copy, and in-app messaging focused on relationships and emotional wellbeing. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting basic research on psychology and relationship topics, drafting and revising content in line with brand voice, and collaborating with counsellors, product, and design teams to ensure accuracy and consistency. The role also involves proofreading, adapting content for different formats, and contributing ideas for campaigns and educational resources. This internship is designed for individuals who want to develop content skills in a mission-driven environment that values emotional intelligence and inclusivity. Qualifications • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and empathetic content for diverse audiences. • Interest in psychology, mental health, or relationship dynamics, and the ability to conduct basic research and translate insights into accessible content. • Comfort working with digital tools, online publishing platforms, and collaborative workflows in a fast-paced environment. • Attention to detail in grammar, structure, and tone, with a commitment to maintaining a consistent brand voice. • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Pursuing or having completed studies in Communications, Psychology, English, Journalism, or a related field is preferred. • Demonstrated interest in creating inclusive, non-judgmental content that respects different identities, backgrounds, and relationship experiences. • Previous writing samples, portfolio, or experience in content creation, blogging, or social media will be considered an advantage.
