Job description

Role Description This full-time, on-site digital content creator role is based at Heyday Communications in Delhi. The role involves facing camera, recording video's, planning, writing, and managing digital content for social media, campaigns and other online platforms. The digital content specialist will collaborate with photographer, editor/designers and marketers team to develop content aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Daily responsibilities include creating UGC content and updating social media handle's, optimizing content for search and engagement. The role also includes monitoring content performance and suggesting improvements based on analytics and audience feedback. Qualifications • Candidate should be confident enough to face the camera to create the UGC content for social media content and can produce personal vlog-style content, lifestyle blogs & storytelling videos. • Candidates should have content strategy and content management skills to plan, organize, and maintain digital assets across platforms. • Candidates should have excellent communication skills to record clear and professional voice-overs for reels, shorts, advertisements, and other promotional content. They should be able to collaborate effectively with internal teams, understand client requirements, and confidently present creative content ideas. • Relevant experience in digital marketing, social media content creation, or agency-side content work is beneficial. • Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Adapt content style and messaging for different brands, audiences, and platforms. • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards. • Stay updated on social media trends, platform features, and content best practices. Preferred Experience • Prior experience as a content creator, vlogger, influencer, or social media presenter. • Proven on-camera communication and presentation skills. • Experience creating personal blogs, vlogs, or lifestyle content. • Strong voice-over and storytelling abilities. • Basic understanding of video production, editing, and social media platforms.
