Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern will support the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing initiatives across various digital channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with social media campaigns, creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics. The intern will help with basic web analytics reporting, contribute to email and online marketing activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Gurugram, where in-person collaboration is combined with some work-from-home flexibility. Qualifications • Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing to support campaigns across multiple channels. • Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing to manage content, engagement, and community growth. • Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to track performance, interpret data, and provide basic insights. • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with teams and create clear, compelling content. • Familiarity with major social media platforms, basic SEO concepts, and email marketing tools is beneficial. • Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred. • Ability to learn quickly, manage time effectively, and work in a hybrid environment with attention to detail.
