About The Internship Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur Work Mode: Work From Office(full time) Working 5 days a week Duration: 4 Months Stipend:3-5k A Stipend will be provided upon the successful completion of the Internship. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Outreach/SEO Intern who is eager to learn and grow in the IT & Digital Marketing industry. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work on real-time outreach and lead generation activities. This role is perfect for someone interested in SEO Outreach, Digital Marketing, Business Communication, and online networking. Roles And Responsibilities • Research niche-specific websites, publications, communities, and directories for outreach and collaboration opportunities. • Conduct competitor backlink analysis to identify high-potential SEO outreach opportunities. • Research industry trends and identify relevant websites for partnerships, mentions, and collaborations. • Build and maintain professional communication with website owners, bloggers, editors, and publishers. • Draft personalized outreach emails and communication for different campaigns and audiences. • Support outreach campaigns focused on SEO, collaborations, digital partnerships, and brand mentions. • Coordinate with SEO and content teams to align outreach activities with campaign objectives. • Organize outreach workflows, communication timelines, and progress tracking systems. • Maintain outreach databases, communication logs, and campaign records accurately. • Track outreach performance, response rates, and successful placements. • Prepare reports and insights to improve outreach effectiveness and campaign performance. • Suggest creative ideas to improve communication quality and response rates. • Identify workflow inefficiencies and contribute ideas for process improvements. • Stay updated with SEO trends, outreach strategies, and digital marketing developments. Other Requirements • Candidates currently based in Jaipur are preferred. • Strong written English and communication skills are required. • Interest in SEO, digital marketing, partnerships, and online communication is desirable. • A research-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail is valued. • An organized, proactive, and self-driven personality is preferred. • Good follow-up and task management abilities are important. • A professional and confident communication style is expected. • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment is desirable. • Openness to learning, feedback, and collaborative work culture is appreciated. • A reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented attitude is preferred. • Candidates pursuing or completing BA, MA, BBA, MBA, BCA, or marketing-related courses will be preferred. • Basic understanding of SEO, backlinks, or digital marketing concepts will be beneficial. • Prior exposure to outreach, content marketing, or email communication will be considered an advantage.
