Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing web analytics to improve reach and engagement. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align digital strategies with business objectives, maintaining brand consistency, and identifying new opportunities for online promotion. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rohini, requiring regular presence at the office and active participation in team activities. Qualifications • Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing, with experience in planning and executing campaigns. • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content creation, scheduling, and community management. • Ability to work with Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and generate actionable insights. • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with teams and engage audiences. • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, Whatspp Marketing and basic design tools is beneficial. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Ability to work on-site in Rohini, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
