Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Listings and Warehouse Manager to oversee product listings on platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart, while managing warehouse operations. This role is crucial to ensuring seamless inventory control, order fulfillment, and optimized online product visibility.

What you’ll do

1. E-commerce Listings: Create, optimize, and maintain product listings on Blinkit, Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms. Ensure product descriptions, images, keywords, and pricing are accurate and competitive. Monitor product rankings, reviews, and competitor listings to maximize visibility. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional strategies and ad campaigns. 2. Inventory and Warehouse Management: Oversee stock levels and ensure accurate inventory counts across all platforms. Organize and manage warehouse operations, including goods receipt, storage, and dispatch. Coordinate with suppliers for timely product restocking and handle returns and exchanges. Implement systems to improve the accuracy and efficiency of order fulfillment. 3. Reporting & Analysis: Generate sales and inventory reports regularly to identify trends and recommend actions. Track performance metrics like conversion rates, inventory turnover, and warehouse productivity. 4. Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve product-related issues.

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Experience in e-commerce listing management, particularly on Amazon and Flipkart. Proven track record in warehouse operations and inventory management. Proficiency with e-commerce software and warehouse management systems (WMS). Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
