Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a D2C Meta Ads Expert. The role involves planning, launching, and optimizing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns for D2C brands, including audience research, campaign structuring, budgeting, and performance tracking. The person in this position will manage ad creatives and copy, coordinate with designers and content teams, and conduct A/B tests to improve click-through and conversion rates. They will analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and recommend action plans for scaling profitable campaigns and improving ROAS. Daily responsibilities also include monitoring platform updates, staying aligned with brand guidelines, collaborating with client-facing teams, and ensuring all campaigns comply with Meta advertising policies. Qualifications • Strong Meta Ads skills, including campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and optimization for D2C brands. • Proficiency in performance marketing and analytics tools, such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and pixel/event tracking. • Experience collaborating on creative strategy, including ad copy, visual assets, and landing page alignment for higher conversion. • Ability to conduct data-driven experiments (A/B testing), interpret results, and apply insights to scale campaigns effectively. • Solid understanding of e-commerce funnels, customer acquisition, retention strategies, and ROAS-focused planning. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with design, content, and client teams. • Prior experience managing D2C Meta campaigns in an agency or brand environment is highly preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Up-to-date knowledge of Meta policy, privacy changes, and advertising best practices in the D2C space.
