Role Description The Football Video Analyst will work full time on-site in the Kolkata metropolitan area, providing detailed performance and tactical analysis to support players, coaches, and management. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and organizing match and training footage, tagging key events, and creating video clips that highlight tactical patterns, individual performances, and opposition strengths and weaknesses. The role involves preparing pre-match and post-match analytical reports, maintaining a structured video database, and collaborating with scouts and coaches to inform strategic decisions. The Football Video Analyst will also use sports analytics tools and data platforms to generate insights, and present findings in a clear, actionable format for technical staff and management. Qualifications Fresher and experienced both can apply Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a solid understanding of Sports Analytics, including interpreting performance data and match statistics. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present video insights clearly to coaches, players, and management. Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of Football, including tactics, formations, and player roles, and practical experience with Scouting principles. Proficiency with video analysis software and tools (e.g., Hudl, Wyscout, or similar platforms) and strong technical skills for video editing and data visualization. Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Data Analytics, Performance Analysis, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to work flexible hours around match and training schedules, with strong attention to detail and a high level of reliability. Experience in professional or semi-professional football environments is an advantage; relevant internships or club roles will be considered. Capacity to work collaboratively with coaching staff and scouts, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications. • Salary range Between 10k to 20k
