About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Specialist to manage, organize, and analyze data across our systems and products. You'll ensure data accuracy, build reports that drive business decisions, and support teams across the company with reliable, actionable insights. Key Responsibilities • Collect, clean, organize, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for key business metrics (user behavior, app performance, revenue, etc.) • Perform data entry, data audits, and quality checks to identify and correct errors or duplicates • Analyze trends and patterns in data to support product, marketing, and operations teams • Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and internal data systems • Write and run queries (SQL) to extract and manipulate data as needed • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver relevant insights • Document data processes, definitions, and standard operating procedures • Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with company policies and regulations • Identify opportunities to improve data collection and reporting processes Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, etc.) • Basic to intermediate SQL skills for querying databases • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail • Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple data sets/projects
