Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Google PPC & Meta Ads Specialist. The Specialist will manage, optimize, and monitor PPC campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. Day-to-day tasks include conducting keyword research, developing ad copy, analyzing campaign performance, and implementing strategy improvements. The role requires collaboration with other marketing and creative teams to align campaigns with overall marketing goals. TIMINGS: 7:30AM to 4PM Central Time (US) Qualifications • Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads management • Must have Marketing Agency Experience • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills • Proficiency in keyword research and ad copy development • Knowledge of PPC optimization techniques and best practices • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Experience with other digital marketing strategies is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
