Role Description The Influencer Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves identifying and evaluating suitable influencers across platforms, managing influencer relationships, and coordinating campaign deliverables from briefing through execution. The specialist will plan and implement influencer marketing strategies, negotiate collaborations, track performance metrics, and prepare campaign reports and insights. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal creative and production teams, monitoring social media trends, optimizing content approaches, and ensuring campaigns align with brand objectives and timelines. The role also requires maintaining organized documentation, adhering to budgets, and supporting continuous improvement of influencer marketing processes. Qualifications • Candidates should possess skills in influencer identification, relationship management, and campaign coordination. • Candidates should possess skills in social media marketing, content optimization, and basic digital analytics. • Candidates should possess skills in project management, time management, and cross-functional collaboration. • Candidates should possess skills in research, data analysis, and reporting on campaign performance and audience insights. • Candidates should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional presentation and negotiation abilities. • Candidates should possess familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social media channels. • Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and adapt to fast-paced production environments. • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field, and prior experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing, are highly beneficial.
