Why This Role Matters Offline experiences play a critical role in building GoKwik's brand and strengthening relationships with merchants, partners, and the broader eCommerce ecosystem. As an Offline Marketing Intern, you'll support the execution of events and offline marketing initiatives that bring our brand to life. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world exposure to event planning, vendor management, on-ground execution, and brand marketing in a fast-paced startup environment. You'll work closely with the Brand Engagement Manager and contribute to initiatives that create meaningful business impact. What You'll Own • Support end-to-end planning and execution of GoKwik's offline marketing initiatives and events. • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders to manage bookings and logistics. • Manage guest lists, invitations, RSVPs, and on-ground registration processes. • Assist in creating and coordinating event assets such as invitations, banners, standees, and merchandise. • Work with printing and production vendors to ensure timely delivery and execution of marketing collateral. • Support on-ground event operations, including setup, run-of-show coordination, and troubleshooting. • Capture photos, videos, and event highlights for social media and post-event marketing. • Prepare post-event reports summarizing attendance, feedback, performance metrics, and key learnings. • Maintain trackers for budgets, vendor details, event timelines, and operational progress. Who You Are • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Comfortable using Google Sheets/MS Excel and presentation tools. • Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take ownership of new challenges. • Able to think quickly and remain calm while handling last-minute changes during events. • Prior internship or experience in event management, college festivals, or campus activities is a plus. • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation is an added advantage. • Basic understanding of the D2C, eCommerce, or startup ecosystem is preferred.
