About the Role We're looking for curious, analytical, and growth-minded individuals who want to build a career in Performance Marketing. No prior experience is required-we hire for attitude, learning ability, and potential. Remuneration For the initial 4-6 months of internship: INR 15,000- 20,000 Full-Time Package: INR 2.7 LPA- 4 LPA Responsibilities 🔹 Assist in creating and managing Paid Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns. 🔹 Monitor campaign performance and optimize with guidance. 🔹 Analyze campaign data and prepare basic reports. 🔹 Collaborate with the creative team on ad creatives. Qualifications 🔹 Graduate (Any Stream) 🔹 Candidates having knowledge of Paid Marketing Media. 🔹 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 🔹 Eagerness to learn and take ownership. 🔹 Positive attitude and good English communication skills.
