Delhi/NCR (strongly preferred) | Full-time About BAVA BAVA is an art collective that happens to make streetwear, built for free thinkers, creatives, and people who refuse to fit in a box. If that's your tribe, come build with us. The Role We're looking for a sharp, extroverted closer to drive growth and partnerships at BAVA. You'll be the face of our outreach, managing our social presence, building relationships with creators, and helping land brand and celebrity partnerships. What you'll do • Manage social media: posting, community engagement, and comments • Run high-volume outreach (~100 DMs/day) to creators and potential partners • Onboard creators as brand partners • Support and help close celebrity partnership deals Who you are • Naturally extroverted with strong people skills • Plugged into the creator, fashion, and art/music scenes • Comfortable around shoots, model sourcing, and brand collaborations • A true closer — persistent, persuasive, and relationship-driven Compensation ₹10,000/month + 5% commission on every conversion
