We have recently received a significant investment of $2.3 million to further expand our drone-based agricultural solutions. About the Role We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The role involves hands-on content creation, daily platform management, performance tracking, and continuous optimisation for organic reach and discoverability. Key Responsibilities: • Ideate and create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. • Research trends, identify content opportunities, and develop creative concepts. • Create engaging reels and static posts tailored for different social media platforms • Plan and execute short-form videos, educational content, behind-the-scenes content, interviews, and trend-based content. • Write scripts, hooks, captions, and carousel copy tailored to different platforms. • Support brand and product communication through relevant social content formats • Manage day-to-day social media activities including posting, scheduling, and engagement • Plan, maintain, and execute content calendars and posting schedules • Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual quality across platforms Organic Growth & Optimisation • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content campaigns. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content campaigns. • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices. • Be comfortable presenting or appearing on camera whenever required. • Assist in creating static posts and carousel content to support social media communication. • Edit or coordinate basic editing of videos and creatives to ensure content is platform-ready. Required Skills & Qualifications • Proven experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and organic growth strategies • Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimisation for digital platforms • Ability to analyse insights and translate data into actionable improvements • Good communication and coordination skills • Comfortable shooting and editing basic mobile content (editing skills are a plus).
