Job Description: Purple Seed is on the lookout for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team. As a dedicated resource for key client accounts, you will oversee all facets of clients' marketing requirements and help drive successful campaigns across digital platforms. We're seeking a committed, creative and target-driven individual with a passion for digital media, the ability to think on their feet and the confidence to be LOUD. Let your creativity take center stage as you build compelling social media experiences for our clients. Key Responsibilities: i)Plan and execute creative digital media campaigns (platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Google PPC, etc.) ii)To think out of the box, stay up to date with digital trends and apply them creatively to achieve high rates of engagement for brands. iii)To devise creative strategies and use digital tools to maximise the growth of brands iv)To speak and understand the interests of target audiences. v)Maintain and operate day-to-day campaign activity and ensure optimum results. vi)To actively build relationships with clients. vii)Ability to understand a client's business goals, anticipate future needs and help determine the ideal solution. viii)Identify and execute optimisation recommendations to increase campaign success. ix)To partner closely with the production, advertisement & graphic designing teams to ensure the clients wholistic needs are met. x)Deliver comprehensive campaign analytics and ensure that the client understands the services they are being provided and the success of the same. xi)Coordinate with other departments to ensure all deliverables are met. xi)Report to manager on a daily basis. Skills & Requirements i)Excellent organizational and project management skills. ii)Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and deadlines. iii)Strong written and verbal communication skills. iv)Knowledge of social media platforms, campaign workflows and creative processes. v)Collaborative mindset to work efficiently with internal teams. vi)Proficiency in content creation. Working days and type Work Mode: Work from home opportunity. In-Person Requirement: Attendance is compulsory for in-person meetings when required. Work Week - Mon to Friday Working hours - 10:30 am - 7:00pm Compulsory to have a laptop
