Job description
Location: Aryanss IT Solutions. Newtown, Kolkata (Work from Office) Job Type: Full-time Salary Offered: 8-20k (Depending on experience and performance) Key Responsibilities • Create and schedule social media posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile (GMB). • Write engaging captions, hashtags, and post descriptions. • Design basic creatives using Canva. • Plan monthly content calendars. • Research industry trends, competitors, and viral content ideas. • Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages when required. • Track social media performance and prepare basic reports. • Assist in brainstorming new campaign and reel ideas. Requirements • Basic knowledge of social media platforms. • Familiarity with Canva, Vn, Capcut (basic skills). • Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing trends. • Basic knowledge of Instagram Reels, Facebook, and LinkedIn is a plus. Preferred Skills • Canva • ChatGPT or AI tools (preferred) • Basic photo/video editing • Content writing • Social media management
