Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will be responsible for supporting INKHUB’s online presence by creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with content planning, producing short-form posts and visuals, monitoring trends and hashtags, and interacting with the online community to build brand awareness. The intern will help execute digital marketing campaigns, track basic performance metrics, and coordinate with the design and marketing teams to maintain a consistent brand voice. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi, requiring regular collaboration with team members and hands-on involvement in campaign execution. Qualifications • Ability to apply Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills to build brand awareness and engagement. • Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles to support campaigns and promotions. • Strong Communication skills for clear writing, collaboration with team members, and interaction with the online community. • Interest in fashion, tattoos, or lifestyle brands, with a creative approach to visual and written content. • Basic familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and current digital trends. • Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage schedules, posts, and campaign assets. • Ability to work on-site in Ranchi, collaborate in a team environment, and take initiative on assigned tasks. • Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree or course in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
