This role involves planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement. The specialist will manage social media calendars, monitor trends, respond to audience interactions, and collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with broader marketing goals. Daily responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, coordinating with design and content teams, and ensuring brand consistency across channels. The role may also involve supporting digital marketing initiatives and contributing new ideas to strengthen Mervice’s online presence. Qualifications • Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation. • Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing. • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills. • Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting dashboards. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple campaigns. • Strong understanding of current social media trends, platforms, and best practices. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred. • Prior experience in a BPO or service-oriented environment is an advantage.
