Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist will manage Pragati Defence's social media presence across multiple platforms on a full-time, on-site basis in Delhi. Responsibilities include planning and executing social media campaigns, creating engaging content aligned with the brand and industry — including designing original graphics and carousels and maintaining a consistent posting schedule. The role involves monitoring channels for engagement, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize reach and impact. The specialist will collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to support broader digital marketing initiatives, promote product launches, and strengthen the company's brand in the defense and technology space. Qualifications • Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) to create original, brand-consistent visual content • Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar) for reels and short-form video content • Understanding of platform-specific content formats and ability to design natively for each • Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly, collaborate with internal teams, and engage online audiences • Experience with social media analytics tools and content scheduling platforms • Knowledge of the defense, manufacturing, or technology sectors is an advantage • Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly — all content involving products, facilities, or technical details must go through internal approval before posting, without exception • Relevant education in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience preferred • Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment Application Requirement • Please share a portfolio or samples of prior social media/design work along with your application Other Details • Compensation: Commensurate with experience; discussed during the selection process #SocialMediaMarketing #GraphicDesign #NowHiring #JobOpening
