Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Specialist role based in Gurugram. The Social Media Specialist will manage and grow Strike & Smash’s presence across key social platforms, including creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring performance metrics. The role involves developing campaigns to promote indoor cricket sessions, tournaments, and brand initiatives, while maintaining a consistent tone and visual identity. The Social Media Specialist will interact with the online community, respond to messages and comments, collaborate with marketing and operations teams, and use insights to optimize content and engagement. Qualifications • Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing. • Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing. • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal. • Experience with analytics tools, content scheduling platforms, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) is beneficial. • Understanding of sports or cricket-focused audiences and prior work in B2C or lifestyle brands is an advantage. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred. • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
