Position Title: Social Media Trainee Reports To: Strategy Mentor Work Experience: 6 months Itch is a creative agency driven by ideas, bold thinking, and meaningful connections. We're looking for a Social Media Trainee who's eager to learn, experiment, and contribute to creating engaging content and meaningful digital experiences for brands. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in planning and managing social media content across platforms. • Create and maintain monthly social media calendars in collaboration with the strategy and creative teams. • Write engaging captions and coordinate content publishing. • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and viral content to bring fresh ideas to the team. • Support campaign planning and execution for ongoing client projects. • Coordinate with designers, motion artists, and strategists to ensure timely delivery of content. • Track content performance and prepare basic reports with key insights. • Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities for brands to stay relevant. What we're looking for: • Around 6 months of experience in social media, digital marketing, or a similar role (internships included). • Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and other major social media platforms. • Good writing and communication skills with an eye for detail. • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks. • Curious, eager to learn, and excited to work in a fast-paced creative environment. • Familiarity with content scheduling tools and basic analytics is a plus.
