About The Internship Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur Work Mode: Work From Office(full time) Working Days: 5 Days a Week stipend - 3-5k per month A Stipend will be provided upon the successful completion of the Internship. What You'll Do (Daily Responsibilities) • If you love turning ideas into visuals — and you're hungry to grow fast — you'll fit right in. • Work in Figma, Canva, Photoshop to design clean, on-brand visuals. • Do basic video editing for reels, snippets, and short marketing videos. • Follow brand style guides: fonts, spacing, colors, layout consistency. • Understand briefs and turn them into clear, engaging designs. • Maintain organized files — clean naming, proper layers, Drive folders, etc. • Take feedback positively and apply changes quickly. • Collaborate with content, SEO, and development teams when needed. • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and weekly design reviews. Must-Have Skills What We're Looking For (Skills & Competencies) • Knowledge of Figma (layouts, auto-layout, components). • Good command of Photoshop (basic retouching, composites, exports). • Efficient in Canva for rapid campaigns or templated work. • Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere, VN, or similar tools). • Strong sense of typography, spacing, layout, and color harmony. • Ability to deliver clean, structured, and well-aligned work Must-Have Mindset • Organized and structured (your layers, files, and mind should all be neat). • Hungry to improve — willing to learn new tools, features, and workflows. • Coachable — you take feedback like a professional, not personally. • Reliable — shows up on time, submits work on time. • Calm and composed — even when handling multiple tasks. You're a Great Fit If You... • Love experimenting with new design trends. • Get excited by clean UI, good spacing, and satisfying layouts. • Believe design is a mix of creativity and discipline. • Can work independently without needing reminders. • Don't panic when asked to make quick edits (we'll ask a lot ). • Understand that deadlines matter — creativity + speed = success. Bonus (Not Mandatory, but Awesome • Experience designing for marketing agencies. • Knowledge of UX basics (wireframing, web sections, landing pages). • Familiarity with Google Drive, Slack, Notion, or Trello. • Past freelance work or personal design portfolio. What You'll Learn • Real-world design workflows inside an agency. • How to create performance-oriented designs (not just pretty ones). • Faster design execution using modern tools + shortcuts. • How to adapt design for SEO, PPC, and website conversions. • Professional file organization and project handoff techniques.
