About Sowaka Sowaka is an employee engagement partner for some of the fastest growing companies in the country. We are building an engagement platform and people management tool, and we're looking for smart, high-agency folks to build it with us. The Role We're hiring a UX Design Intern who can grow into a full-time role with us. You'll own how the product feels - the flows, the screens, and the decisions about what makes it in and what stays out. You'll join a small team where your work ships fast and shapes the product from an early stage. What You'll Work On -Designing end-to-end user flows for our engagement platform - from first sketch to dev-ready screens -Untangling complex, multi-step journeys into screens that feel obvious -Talking to real users at our client companies and turning what you learn into design decisions -Working closely with the team on what to build - and what to leave out Who You Are -Strong design instinct - you know what belongs on a screen and what doesn't -Comfortable working through complex flows and finding the simple version -Fluent in Figma, with a portfolio that shows your thinking, not just your visuals -Hungry to learn and quick to pick up new things -Excited to start as an intern and potentially transition into a full-time role What You Get -Work directly with some of the best tech & product minds from IIT -We're a small team, investing in your growth is crucial to the company's growth How to Apply If this sounds like you, or someone you know, reach out with your portfolio at tanvi@sowaka.fit.
