About the RoleAre you a versatile creative who can seamlessly switch between cutting dynamic video footage and crafting eye-catching graphic layouts? We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Video Editor & Graphic Designer Intern to join our team on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area. In this hybrid creative role, you’ll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce compelling visual assets for digital and social media platforms—ranging from short-form video content and motion graphics to social media posts, branding collateral, and campaign visuals. Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing & Production: • Cut raw footage, assemble sequences, and craft engaging video content optimized for diverse digital platforms. • Layer audio, incorporate sound design, and apply basic color correction and color grading. • Integrate simple motion graphics and visual effects to elevate overall video quality. • Maintain organized video project files and prepare platform-ready final exports.Graphic Design & Visuals: • Create high-impact graphic design assets for social media campaigns, banners, digital ads, and branding materials. • Develop visual compositions aligned with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives. • Design static and lightweight animated graphic templates for marketing campaigns.Workflow & Collaboration: • Collaborate with creative strategists and marketing leads to execute campaign ideas effectively. • Manage multiple design and video tasks simultaneously while adhering to project timelines. What We’re Looking For • Core Skillset: Solid foundation in video production, video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design/visual composition. • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with industry-standard tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or DaVinci Resolve. • Design & Editing Eye: Strong visual aesthetic, understanding of typography, color theory, pacing, and layout balance. • Soft Skills: Clear communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and a strong drive to learn in a fast-paced environment. • Portfolio/Showreel: A reel or portfolio demonstrating past video editing and graphic design work (academic, personal, or freelance).
