Job description

We're looking for someone who can write content for founders, coaches & consultants that sounds exactly like them. Scripts so good they hook in 3 seconds — and go viral for sure. Someone who has already been behind multiple viral reels and knows exactly what made them work. What the role looks like → → Writing reel scripts, captions & LinkedIn copy that actually sound like the client — not a template → Studying each client's voice and adapting to it across every single post → Researching trending formats, hooks & content patterns every week → Turning one insight into 3–5 content angles → Building and managing content calendars end-to-end → Coordinating with designers, editors & the management team — giving clear briefs and edits → Making sure every post goes live on time, captions are flawless, and nothing slips through the cracks → Using AI tools smartly to produce better content, faster & help improve content generation system → Building content systems that make the whole process scalable and repeatable Who this is for → → Someone who has written scripts/copies that have actually performed (show us the numbers or the content) → Someone who watches reels with the sound off AND on and understands why one works and the other doesn't → Someone who finds generic, ChatGPT-y writing physically painful → Someone who can lead a team without dropping the ball on quality or timelines → Someone who can write in Hinglish without it feeling forced Who this is NOT for → • → If you need 3 days to write a 30-second script — not for us • → If coordination and follow-ups stress you out — not for us • → If you can't take feedback — not for us Salary range between : 10k - 50k (Depending on your experience and assignment)
