Preferred Eligibility Criteria • Degree in English Honours / Mass Communication / Literature from a reputed institution • Prior internship or full-time role at a reputed advertising, PR, or digital marketing agency • We prefer candidates staying in Gurgaon or within 5 km of Gurgaon. Role Details • Designation: Content Writer and Brand Strategist • Location: DLF Phase 4, Gurgaon (Work-from-office only) • Timings: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM • Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays off) • Annual Leave: 21 days • Holiday Calendar: Over 23 Festival-based leaves • Salary Range: ₹25,000 to ₹45,000 per month (based on profile) Job Description • Write compelling content and copywriting for products, portfolios, brand stories, websites, campaigns, blogs, emailers, brand collaterals, and social media posts, carousels, stories, reels, as well as presentations for clients. • Work on Canva and visual aids AI tools for posts, stories, presentations, web images and graphics. • Post on Social Media channels for all clients regularly. • Assist in shaping brand voice guidelines across platforms • Implement best practices for social media content, ads, SEO, marketplaces, websites, events and brand collaterals. Communicate with SEO, social media, web, content and creative teams for seamless delivery of content in various forms. • Assist the manager with events, photo-shoots and brand activations. • Manage social media accounts during office hours and out-of-office hours as may be required based on client needs. • Ensure the company's reputation remains untarnished and make every effort to ensure stakeholder satisfaction regarding this. Must-have You must demonstrate a strong command of: • Strategic thinking and brand storytelling • Current social media formats and content trends • Writing with clear structure and social and SEO-friendly formatting • Versatility in tone – formal, conversational, witty, emotional • Copy-editing and check tools like Grammarly, Copyscape, Readable, Undetectable Hemingway, or similar platforms Your Growth Curve At Conceptualise, growth is performance-led and merit-driven. • Two increments a year are awarded to those who go beyond the basics • The candidate will be groomed to lead teams across content, social media, graphics and creatives, video editing, photoshoots and client relationships.
