We’re building a category-defining consumer app and are looking for passionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. ⸻ Role Description The Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist will be responsible for driving user acquisition and organic growth for AMENDSS. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, involving the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms, while also improving the brand’s organic visibility through effective SEO strategies. The role includes managing campaign budgets, monitoring performance, optimizing landing pages, conducting keyword research, tracking KPIs, and collaborating with content, design, and product teams to maximize traffic, app installs, and subscriptions. ⸻ Qualifications * Experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising platforms. * Strong understanding of SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO fundamentals, and content optimization. * Ability to analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and similar analytics tools. * Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and performance reporting. * Familiarity with app marketing or consumer technology products is preferred. * Knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO) is a plus. * Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site startup environment in Gurugram.
