Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist will manage and grow Hushh Technologies’ presence across social platforms, with a focus on communicating complex investment concepts in clear, engaging ways. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing social media campaigns, creating content calendars, crafting posts, stories, and short-form videos, and monitoring channel performance. The role involves collaborating with investment and marketing teams to translate research insights into compelling content, engaging with the online community, and responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner. The specialist will analyze metrics, optimize content based on performance data, and ensure brand consistency across all channels. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. Qualifications • Strong social media management skills across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram, and YouTube, including scheduling, community engagement, and analytics. • Content creation abilities, including copywriting, visual storytelling, and basic design or video editing for short-form content. • Experience in digital marketing and campaign execution, including audience targeting, performance tracking, and optimization. • Capacity to understand and communicate financial or technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences; prior exposure to finance or fintech is an advantage. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and brand tone consistency. • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects with deadlines. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and an interest in data-driven decision-making; experience with paid social campaigns is a plus.
